As the lead visionary of Escrowmall,
Vic Romero has worked in the real estate business
with thousands of brokers, Real Estate Agents®, title
company’s, lenders, and all other home service
providers for over 27 years. Vic’s dedication
as founder and CEO, and his entrepreneurial spirit
and keen understanding of the needs of agents,
homeowners and the service provider industry have
given him the knowledge and know how to form a
company that will provide a higher lever of service
for all participants in the escrow process. Vic
is a real estate broker who has worked in the Northern
California area for 27 years. |

| Wayne Anderson CTO

Wayne has spent the past 10 years working for Fortune 50 companies
filling development, project, and support management roles in the Information Technology
field. He has driven large scale projects to successful implementation as
well as develop numerous web applications as an independent consultant. He is proficent in
web technology and is ITIL certified.
Currently he acts as Escrowmall's technical engineer as well as assisting the
CEO in the development and direction of Escrowmall. His primary focus is
on managing the technological needs and development of Escrowmall.com. |

Steve has worked in auditing, consulting, and
has sales experience in organizations generating
sales of $1 million to $23 billion annually. Served
as Vice President, Controller, Treasurer, General
Manager, and business owner. His experience includes:
CAPORICCI & LARSON, CPA’s, Costa Mesa, California 1989
to Present.
A professional accounting and consulting practice with 45 people in 4 offices
offering financial services to governmental entities, private enterprises,
and individuals throughout the State of California.

Sandi has worked as a Real
Estate Assistant, a Title Insurance Account Manager,
and has in depth experience in the real estate appraisal
process. She is knowledgeable in all areas of
account management. Her responsibilities include
client relations, setting up new accounts, workflow
analysis and general administration. |
